Noah Cirincione		Hi, When I was talking with a friend in early 2003 she was telling me how she was assigned a mentor by her masters program. I was so amazed that the opportunity to have a mentor was only available to thoes in special networks or schools. Finding a mentor has always been hard has often been through a family friend. Well, I wanted to change all that. That is why I started Advance Mentoring.
