The answer to the question posted at your forum is based on the following formula.

US based companys can do what is called a poormans copyright. This is to protect your product from being used in any manner. The other way is to purchase I copyright for your ideas.

Both of these cases are dated so if the one who steals an idea must show proof that they had the idea before you.

These are very useful items in a court of law.

In a foreign nation I would concider speaking with whom ever it is that handles idea theft, and how to protect your ideas.
